Realised that some of the quizzes that I go to have pictures that don't really suit my layout. Like CCS is all innocence and sweetness and light, and you scroll down a bit, and you get...Nerdslut.
My friend said that I was so not a slut, and I was amused and pleased.
Yesterday I sold cards for charity, and people's reactions were rather funny. There were seven kinds that made me laugh:
1)avoid all eye contact
2)smile weakly people
3)loud no-thank-you
4)apologetic no-thank-you
5)I'll-donate-but-I-don't-want-the-card
6)because-it's-cheap
7)anyway-I-need-the-card
The ones I felt really sorry for were the really nice ones who kept getting harrassed because the different groups of charity people didn't know who asked who. But there was this jerk who said, "We use e-mail now." I gave him a sarcastic laugh in reply.
Met Harti, haven't seen her in ages. I miss her quite a bit. Yvette's in Perth, Jie's in Melborne. Lynn misses Jie. I miss Jie, but I think she'll kill me if I called her. Can't afford it anyway.
Had the group meeting for life sciences today. The other members are nice, but they know each other, not me. Ah well. And I thought I knew a lot of my school people.
