Well, going to see the specialist tomorrow. Strangely, my leg feels better, even though my X rays say otherwise. Neither am I scared about going to a hospital. When I called Siu Qey to explain I couldn't come to school tomorrow because of the appointment, she asked, "What are they going to do to you?" Somehow that sounded more like something you'd say about a rotten tooth. "What are they going to do to you?" brings to mind dentists with whirling drills hovering ominously. So I asked, "What do you think they'd do to me?" "Take it out?" Ominous dentist was replaced by smiling doctor who says, "You can't have the operation today, we're all booked up..." I told her probably not, and will probably come to school after the appointment despite her requests to stay at home and take care of the leg.
Not that I don't take care of it. It's just the presence of one Tracy Loh that seems to gravitate towards the injured leg, i.e. yanking the shoelaces on the injured leg to untie them and jerking the ankle in the process. Or kicking it. Anyway, I retaliate by making her laugh. She asked if I could murder me. I said, "Sure, just keep away from the broken leg." She offered strangulation; I offered her my sweater. We both burst out laughing.
Kelvin has an evil laugh. I am beginning to suspect all Rafflesians have an evil laugh. I am also beginning to suspect that my doctor was a Rafflesian, since the evil laugh he gave me when I asked to be excused from NAPHA is somewhere in between Kelvin's evil laugh and mine. Unless he watches CCS: my evil laugh is a variant of Tomoyo's 'Oh Ho ho ho', although the idea of a doctor from Ireland who works at Tampines Polyclinic watching CCS is quite...off. I told Kelvin Jane's nickname for Yiliang...I am so going to die if Kelvin actually uses it...damn. No wonder he laughed so evilly.
Also have not done my Chem homework, but have finished Maths although it's not due. Am I messed up or what?
