New layout, featuring the oh so chio Sailor Saturn. Yes, I'm a closet fan of Sailormoon. Or used to be, since now everyone knows... Siu Qey has also done a layout of Sailor Saturn, check it out.
Wanted to name this Blush! at first, but then Siu Qey told me it was the name of lingerie. ("I knew I saw it somewhere!" I cried. "I thought it was the name of a magazine!") So it's called Rouge... which means the same thing as blush. But somehow, Rouge is grittier because it makes me think of courtesans (note: blame Moulin Rouge) walking the street at night. Therefore the phrase 'why shouldn't I paint my face' at the top. I couldn't think up of any good book/song to quote.
