I just realised that I've lost the habit of blogging.
It's National Day today (happy National Day, everyone!) and since it's a holiday I'm at home. Downloading stuff now (thank god it's unlimited, I spent the whole morning setting it up. Should get easier from now on. Dunno how Jane manages 10 downloads or more at a go) and waiting for it to load... 6%. And I was looking for things to do when I realised I haven't updated this blog in ages.
I guess it happens. Things come and go, and I hardly have time for thoughts, now that university's started. In fact, I have one more assignment left to go... Busy, but with what? I wonder.
Juggled between Stats and downloading stuff the entire afternoon, American Tails III is up next. Saw Siu Qey studying yesterday. And the entire idea I'm not doing enough came to my mind. Can't go for a concert Kelvin is taking part in, got a quiz the next day. And my Stats is horrible. I should be worried, but I'm not.
Everyone's going everywhere, and this /will/ be important, to keep in touch with them. To let them know that I exist on some corner of this world. And I will be comforted to know that somewhere in the world there is someone I know that knows what I'm doing.
That's what going for class parties do to you. Especially if you stake out the corner with the piano so that you can listen to impromptu playing, complete with chords, and softly sing along so that they can get the notes right. And even more so when you walk shortcuts that run along drains, and share a cab in the middle of the night.
