So basically there I was surfing the net, and being very bored (whilst trying to download stuff... AGAIN) when I got a phone call. I walked slowly there, let it ring for a while as I sat myself comfortably, then picked it up. It was then I found
I GOT INTO AIESEC!
Bwhahaha! My plans of going overseas to work have been set in motion!
In case you don't know what I'm talking about, AIESEC is a global community where people from different countries interact and try to get to know each other better. An added bonus is that as AIESEC members, we can go for international conferences (the last one was held in Singapore, so it's likely to be another country *big grin*) and go for overseas job attachments. So now AIESEC, next... the world *voice echoes ominiously*.
Just kidding.
Anyway, so this is a major step (for me) and I'm really happy about it. Eliza (Rachel's friend who's a batchmate) is also in AIESEC, so I'll have company too.
I'm going to start a journal where basically I record my everyday impressions. There are too many thoughts in my head, and I need to catch them before they are lost. Wonder if I'll have enough thoughts left over for this blog?
I should really start bringing a notebook to school again.
