So between me playing good cop and my mom playing bad cop, we managed to arm-wrestle the school into giving me the timetable I wanted. Which is perfectly reasonable as they made changes to the schedule AFTER I registered for my subjects. What the heck, I tell you.
However, I still feel a little bad as when my mom plays bad cop, it's really bad. Even though she backs it up with a lot of reasons and logic.
Hence, I am keeping my mouth shut even though I ended up in a different class from my friends. Because hey, it's the timeslot I wanted anyway! (And it's company law. I think it's an introspective subject I'd rather go alone. A good excuse for me!)
This semester promises to be much better than the last one. Not so many tough subjects, and there's a lot of essays, which is something I'm more comfortable with than poking around with numbers. Yes yes, you're gonna ask why I chose accounting when I'm not that great with numbers, but I'm not horrible either. Besides, I'm best at double-checking work and security, which is what I'd like to do when I go out to work.
