Recently my life has been a whole series of ups and downs that I'm getting very tired of it.

A lot of things happened in these past two weeks. For one, Jie took me to NDP, which was worth it because there were fireworks! I caught them again on TV (the rerun) and they didn't look as pretty as they did when I was actually watching them. It was kinda cute because since we were so close that they gave us transparent umbrellas and advised us to use them in case anything hot fell on us.

I've also been going out to eat a lot. We had a farewell dinner for Wan Jing at NYDC, where the mudpies were excellent as usual and the company even better. It's sad that our small group is going to be split up in a while. Oh well. I've also been going out with the family, which is both a good and a bad thing.

(I'm actually really worried about something, but I feel much better about it now. I hope it works out.)
