So, in a bid to stick to what I promised to do and talk more in this blog, here I am!
Right now it's close to the end of lunch break, but I can hear some of my colleagues talking. One of them is getting married, so they're discussing wedding dresses and are advising the bride-to-be not to wear a dress that covers up too much. I'm not joining them because right now, my handphone just SIMPLY refuses to be charged with the handphone charger that I got from the DnD. Argh. This isn't the first time it's happened, but let's just say I'm stubborn and I'm not gonna let the handphone off until it charges. =P
I think I will write about my workplace in this job, but not about the work. I've also decided against real names, and will use as much of nicknames as is humanly possible. I'm even going to use nicknames that are hard to relate to the person I'm referring to, because I really don't want anyone to figure out who I'm writing about in this blog. They'd be Marauder type nicknames too. I even have a Moony waiting in the wings.
But that's not what I'm going to write about today. Instead, I'm going to write about the really strange guy in the MRT yesterday.
I wasn't very awake that morning, so when I walked into the train, I crashed right into this ang moh guy. He apologised, and I waved him off. Unfortunately, there were no more seats in the train except the one next to him. So I sat down.
He said something. I laughed to hide the fact that I really couldn't hear because I had my headphones on, then tried to sleep. As I was dozing off, I realised what he had actually been trying to say was "Hurrying cause I'm a bit late." I mentally shrugged and resumed my doze.
Then I started to feel cold. I hadn't been feeling my best lately, so I decided to put on my coat before I got too cold. I started to shrug it on... AND THEN HE HELPED ME PUT IT ON.
I was SHOCKED. I abruptly turned back and said "It's OK! ... Thanks." And then I proceeded to do my utmost to sleep so I wouldn't have to talk to him. He got off at Lavander, and hit my bag as he passed.
Luckily, I didn't see him again today. *phew!*
