Had lunch with Xiu Li today, when we went to the really lovely Pasta Fransca. It was nice because it had brick walls (I love places like that) and there were crayoned/chalked paintings in between the pillars, drawn directly into the walls and covered with a transparent layer of some sort of varnish. The food was really good too, rich and Italian, and so was the music: stuff from Power 98, which I don't listen much to but enjoy anyway. We talked about quite a lot of things: school, work, office layouts, food, and most of all, music.
And perhaps because of this I'm in a phenormally good mood as I turn on the radio and do my work at the same time. It is really relaxing: I'm going to miss this place once I leave.
